I love this apartment and community and now they have good people in the office that are trying to turn everything around. YOu can't blame the apartments for some people that don't keep their apartment clean. They are getting rid of the bad residents and I plan to stay here. I have been here for 6 years now and I don't want to go cause all utilities are included and the rent is good. I have good neighbors in my building and we all like our building.

Well, You must be one of the -------- they hire and pay $5.00/hr. and given discounted rates on your rent on their rip off apartments. You can clean this place in and out but will never get the pest out unless you like living with them.

I am glad that you have decided to stay in the South Port Apartment Complex. It is the punishment you deserve for posting such a misleading review. From the number of responses and the consistent bad reviews a normal objective person will hopefully conclude that South Port has a problem with cockroach infestation and an incompetent managerial staff. NOT a bunch of dirty tenants.
Also, I wouldn't be surprised if the author of this review is a member of the incompetent managerial staff.
