Absolutely Horrible Experience!!!!!

The Roach problem is REDICULOUS!!!! The office will NOT let you break the lease because of the problem either. The model apt. is NOTHING like the real deal. Dishwasher doesn't work well, stove is older than my grandmother and the refridgerator leaks all over the floor and into the crisp drawers, but the maintenance man said there was no problem... it was "that model of kenmore... it leaks". Watermain broke, laundry room flooded several times, 3 cars towed in 4 months. They do not care about the tenants whatsoever. Anybody who gives a good review to this hell hole obviously has mental problems or considers roaches welcomed pets. Don't be late with your rent though.... $212.50 in late fees!!!!
