The customer service at South Port is terrible. I applied for an apartment here and I had problems at ever step of the way. When there were problems with the application, I had to call them rather than them calling me. They gave me no reassurance as a future tenant, so I cancelled my application. Just a suggestion-- try being nice to potential tenants, so maybe they will be interested in signing up!
