Too many roaches

I relocated from NJ and used an apartment guide to find this apartment. Now I am trying to get out of this lease. Their are too many bugs, and too many tenants to an appartment. Bottom line, I do not want to carry any of their bugs with me to my potential new home. I only plan to live here for 6-9 months, but I need to feel clean confident that I am not sleep and eating roaches.
