As long as you don't mind near-monthly power outages, 2-3 times-yearly water stoppages, and an unreasonable and unfriendly management with no concept of customer service or loyalty, this place is actually not that bad. The rooms are pretty ok for the price, and it's not a single, massive building, so it feels smaller. But that's certainly not how you're made to feel whenever you have to deal with the management. I can't wait to get out of here.

I disagree about the management. I went to see about the apartments,and I thought the new person "Virginia" was lovely and very professional and caring!
