Move here...if you like cockroaches

COCKROACHES...management simply refuses to deal with the problem. They will gladly spray YOUR apartment any time, which has the effect of moving them to your neighbor's place for a couple of days (after you've spending a significant amount of time emptying and restocking your cabinets). Even though it is the only way to deal with the problem, they will NOT spray the entire building, saying it is too much of a burden on their tennants. They do, however, spray once a year, which is nice...at least you have 2 weeks out of the year without roaches. They, for no good reason except the usual BS they give as excuses for all the problems and half-truths they tell tennants, will not schedule follow up sprays to mop up the surviving roaches. Since roaches can produce 1000's of offspring pretty quickly, the one extermination does next to nothing.
Their approach of helplessness to the roaches is similar to their approach with other problems, such as the broken washing machines that leave a soapy mess and need to be replaced.
Really, this place would be livable if management would simply TRY to take care of the problems, but they won't. They've even had the audacity to tell me they "don't have a problem with roaches." Steer clear.

They have improved their roach control. They now spray the ENTIRE building.
