I telephoned the leasing office on Monday August 14 2006 and was told that the leasing office closes at 6:00 pm. So I decided to visit the leasing office the next day. I arrived at 5:40 pm and ask if I could see a 1 bedroom den model. To my dismay the leasing consultant advised me that she stop showing apartments at 5:30 and that the office closes at 6:00 pm. She also stated that I should have called before I came to see the complex. I explained to her that I was stuck in traffic for 45 minutes as I work in DC. Again to my dismay the leasing agent still refused to show me an apartment and implied once again that I should have called before coming to the complex. This time I replied that I did call on Monday and was told that the leasing office closes at 6:00 pm and if there were any special times to visit a model apartment then maybe they should have given me that information and also note it on the company website. To my surprise she asks me if I wanted to make an appointment to come back and see the model. I politely told her no and ask for a brochure instead. She supplied me with a brochure and no business card! I guess she really wasn't interested in leasing an apartment. Very unprofessional and not a good first impression.
