Moved in a year ago. The price and location are great. Decent accomodations. Area is pretty quiet. I live on the 3rd floor, so roaches have not been a problem.

Nothing fancy as far as interiors and some of the fixtures have seen better days.

They do tend to have nice Christmas and holiday parties for the kids. Went to two of them this year and was pleasantly surprised with the effort that was put into them.


Only negatives:
Maintenance can be slow to respond to problems. But this may front office related. When they have come, they have seemed to know what they are doing.

Front office is hit or miss. Sometimes they are very nice and helpful. Other times you are afraid to go in because they can get testy if you report a problem. Seems that when they are busy - you may be in for a rough ride.
