How do I hate South Port' Let me count the ways.
1. Sewage floods!
2. Water floods!
3. Cockroaches!
4. Termites!
5. Maintenance and contractors entering apartments without permission/notice!
6. Lazy maintenance!
7. Slow response time!
8. Rude, dumb and uncaring staff!
9. Management that just plain sucks!
10. Unsafe area!
11. Smelly and noisy neighbors!
12. Overcrowding (some apartments had more than 10 people)!
13. Terrible parking!
14. Trash on the grounds creates an eyesore!
15. It seems that Grady Management will rent to anyone!
How do I hate South Port' I hate them with such a fiery passion for making my life hell! Do yourself a favor and do not rent at South Port. Live under a bridge, a homeless shelter, anywhere but here! This place is the worst!
