Yes, we live in the city and if your neighbors are not clean you may see a bug once in a while. Some of the neighbors don't care as is obvious by them throwing trash everywhere. My building has experienced the water being turned off, but, it is not the people who work heres fault, this is an older community and sometimes pipes go bad. The repairs are done quickly and the water is turned back on. THe manager has been nothing but pleasant and professional. I have heard people in the office being rude to the office staff and they have to stand there and take it. That is not fair. People need to get a life.

BS! Their customer service is crap. They don't do enough to control unruly neighbors! They don't do enough to eliminate bugs! The reason that the water is FREQUENTLY turned off is because their plumbing is out dated, and in some cases, out of code! The repairs are NEVER done quickly, and even when they do the repairs, the problems occur again! I don't know which manager you're referring to, but every South Port manager I have encountered has been miserable and dumb! The renters are not rude, it's the staff that have the attitude problem!
