I am a resident in a two BR and den unint ,and applied to downsize to one BR. The mgmt approved my application and sent me a letter promising that the unit will be ready for the June 8. On the letter they stated that all I need to do is write a check for the one bedroom including security deposit. I wrote them a check and took a day off for the move.
To my surprise I found out that the unit is not going to be available when I contacted them to get the keys to the new unit. Five days after my supposed move they sent me a letter aledging that my rent is deliquent, and that I have to pay the difference with interest. This is totally BS. These people couldn't deliver what they promised, messed up with my schedule and now they want me to pay them more money. I don't think this the type of management that you want to deal with. I advise you to stay away.

I've experienced similar issues with the management. Things that are their fault they will still try to stick you with the bill.
