i leave in unit 6010 aprt#104 one of the worst apartments ever.first when i came to apply i fund a very nice lady named BERNADET who was so nice to me by going thrue all the details (step by step)untill we got the deal for the rent.so after she left than the problems started to accumulate one after another:first of all the back door was'nt closing correctlly,witch they fixed right away, than the flood from the same door,every ranny day than the spiders and bugs that appears from no where,the bugs and insects...are something that i never gonna get enough talking about since i leave near a dampster area,after all i've been experiencing a leak from my walking closet whitch has been happening for 2 months now and every time i call the office to complane about,they send the maintenance people to tell me that it's gonna be fixed as soon as they receive a new AC unit and that was 2 months ago,so i desided to call the main office today and ask them to fix this problem,(by the way,they dont care if my cloths are on the floor or in the trash,it's not a big deal i had half of them all wet from the leaking,dirty,rusty water but it deos'nt matter to them all they want is the monthly check),and by the way, going a step back when i called the main office (THE GRADY MANAGEMENT)that came up with a whole lot of papers at the time of signing the lease,i asked the lady if it was fare to charge me the late fees and the penalties and not care about fixing the problems i've and still experience with this company,the answer was so anacceptable with a very bad way she said that it's two different cases.that explaned to me that they don't care if something happens to you inside the apartments or to your belongings but all they care about is the check you post to them.at the end after all this who ever has desided to move in all i can advise you with is to take your time to think before you make the same mistake i made by sining that lease.
