Dont bother moving in!!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
3 times in the last year the apartment has gotten flooded and management has done a poor job in resolving any of the issues. The complex does not do backgrounds and I have at least seen 5 apartments where 6-8 people live with no furniture and loiter the area. Few incidents of crime including several cars stolen and a mugging this past spring. You would do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
