No words can describe the roaches situation. Frustrating and Out of Control. They are multiplying.... Lots of new tiny ones that will turn into big ones soon. They are not only in the kitchen like before,,, they are crawling on ceilings in the living room, and bedroom and some will pop up out of the drawers.
I have requested many times for the place to be sprayed. No argument nor complain has convinced this stupid management in getting professional help. Instead, they send their maintenance guys to spray, only on fridays, with the cheapest and most useless product.
In a year time, most of my neighbors have left. I am happily moving out sooner than expected because I am afraid of taking some of the eggs with my stuff to my new place. It is really getting worse by the day. Some people replied to my previous review by saying that I exaggerated. If this is your case, come and get your lesson the hard way. If you read the reviews to get advice from current tenants, FORGET ABOUT THIS PLACE... DON'T COME...YOU WILL BE MOVING OUT SOONER THAN PLANNED...

YOU ARE CORRECT ON ALL ISSUES AND POINTS!!!!!!!THE MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE AND MAINTENANCE IS ALSO SLOW. I HAVE CALLED 4 TIMES TO HAVE A LIGHT FIXED IN THE HALLWAY SINCE JULY 11TH AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE YET. WHILE THEY WERE DOING CONSTRUCTION IN JULY, AUGUST, MY FRONT DOOR WAS LEFT UNLOCKED 3 DIFFERENT TIMES. THEY SEEM TO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, BUT THIS IS COMPLETELY FAKE AS FAR A I CAN SEE. THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE YOU SECURITY DEPOSIT. THEY OUGHT TO BE PAYING PEOPLE TO MOVE IN THERE. I AM SO SORRY THAT I HAVE MOVED IN HERE. I HAVE BEEN STRESSED BEYOND BELIEF SINCE I MOVED IN. I ASKED ABOUT THE RAT PROBLEM AND THEY SAID IT WAS JUST MICE!!! I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE, MICE ARE TINY THINGS, THESE ARE CLEARLY SEWER RATS!!!! SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS PLACE, AND THEY DO CHARGE TOO MUCH FOR THE RAGGED CONDITIONS OF THESE APARTMENTS.
