Southern Towers

Sherwood From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/24/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   The owners of Southern Towers should take a close look at some of their building managers, the Sherwood Building in particular. She doesn't know the meaning of "customer service" and she appears to think that "fear" of what she might do to them is the best way to "control" the tenants and "keep them in line". She has favorites, but unless you're among those few the best way to stay out of trouble is to keep as far away from her as possible. The assistant to the manager is ok but it isn't easy to communicate with her because her English isn't very good and it's sometimes hard to understand what she says. There are a couple of desk clerks in the building who are just wonderful and if those two ladies were in charge it would be a better run building and a much happier place to live. WHY DON'T THE OWNERS CARE ABOUT HOW THEIR TENANTS ARE TREATED' Shame on them!
