The 100% "best rating possible" on 3/25/05 from YasminMinsita@hotmail.com is a joke. Of course she would give Southern Towers the best rating possible. She is a manager at the Sherwood Building! Did she really think that the residents wouldn't recognize her name and know that this was a phony rating'!'!' Apparently Southern Towers management will resort to any means in order to look good instead of reviewing the "real problems" that have been posted by residents and former residents and making an effort to correct them.
