Over all the apartment is fine. If you have emergency maintenance and need help no body will there before an hour. Forget the front desk people. If call week days and try to talk to the manager they don't let you know to call back or to wait. If they don't feel like talking to you, with out let you finish talking or the reason you call they hung up on you. This is really disrespect the residence. Why they pick up the phone if they cannot talk to the residence.
