This was my first apartment after college and it is a bargain. I rented an efficiency and liked it. Maintenance was always responsive within a day and they always fixed problems. Parking was plentiful and neighbors were nice too. While you will see an occasional cockroach it is better than some apartments I've lived in. The staff is sometimes excellent and sometimes they lose stuff. Its very hit or miss. The patrol staff is a joke though. They are good at yelling at you but some are so out of shape that if you run off they aren't going to run after you.
