One of Strafford tenants has written a fairly impartial review for the building. Power went out again Sunday night, just two days after a 4-day blackout last week. Nobody knows how long this will last...

Please stay away from Strafford unless you are desperately financially tight. All utilities included is just a joke here at southern towers because they are so smart to take all means (bad maintenance, small capacity, etc) to cut your power off to save money. If there is no power, who is benefited--- obviously not the Dominion-- no power no sale or the tenants. God I just wish no wicked were praying for outage.

you residents are crazy i live in the area also and i must say that the management must have been crazy to allow such stupid people to move in to there building of course the did not turn off the electric a power outtage is just what it is i am sure if you call dominion power they told you they were working on it as quickly as possible and you continue to blame the property u must be one of the residents who pay their rent late every month.

You residents?? Must be a management post. Don't get pissed becuase this circa 1965 apartment complex is in desperate need of upgrades all around, including out interface to Dominion's power grid. Yeah, thats right, I'm a stupid resident who know how this ---- works. Think about it genius... If only half the buildings go out and nothing else in the 'hood is affected... You fill in the rest.
