I moved into the Stratford bld on March 1, 2006. The apartment I live is horrible. AC does not work. Complained a hudred times and nobody responds. Windows do not close well. Promised to fix oven with in few days of move in and they just fixed now(after 5 months). I do not have words to describe how a terrible apartment it is. I would NOT recommond anyone to move into this apartment. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

I had the exact same experience. The only reason I stay is because it's so close to my work and with the price of gas these days, I've decided to put up with it for a while longer. Management is only interested in collecting rent but refuses to be responsive to tenant's needs.
