I lived at the Ashlawn for years. It was GREAT! until the manager, Aretha got a better job with another company. In stepped LeJune Friday. You will not find one person in the entire building that has one decent thing to say about her. She will smile in your face until you sign over your soul to her for one year. Then she will feel at ease rolling her eyes, smacking her lips at you and behaving as the worst property manager you have EVER had to deal with. The building is a great building. No noise. Plenty of roaches and no they don't go away no matter how many times you ask them to spray or how clean you keep the place. But Le will make you life a living hell every chance she gets. And trust me, she actually makes an effort.

Parking's okay. The park behind the ashlawn is nice. Everything else isn't too bad. Just take an apartment in one of the other buildings. Unfortunately Ashlawn was thenicest I thought, but Le made it the worst.

Lee is rude...bottom line. If I could slap the smirk off her face without getting taken to jail...i would do it.
