extremely bad staff!!!
le jeune and chantelle are very rude.they are always away from the office.
the office which is a place to work should have the door open so people can come in and ask for help!
the virginia management should get rid of these two lazy women.
I also suggest that they have more energetic and helpful people at the front desk.
the building is full of roaches,do something about it

You just a ----- ass resident that probrably don't pay the rent on time and blame your problem on the Resident Manager and her Assistant.If you don't like the Building you need to move the ---- out of Southern Towers.... You complaining Ass -----.
