This lady named Shantail, whatever position she holds sucks. She answers the phone calls in a way that is hurting customer service experience at Southern Towers. I am a prospective future resident and now am in a state of dilemma whether i should consider Southern Towers as my future home or not. Was an awful experience............

Wow! You too! Well I got good news for you that unprofessional child is gone. Sherwood have a temp with 18 years of experience. Southern Towers can't help the bug problem if foreigners keep being dirty and bringing the bugs in with them. As soon as they get rid of bugs, those foreigners come in with it. I'm surprise that the smell, odor and the burning of their food on the property don't run the bugs out because their food and cooking smells like ---- and it will run anyone out. I had to put seal all around my door so I won't smell it in my apartment. I can say, I don't have bugs. So if you want to move it - that nast and unprofessional child - she was a kid, is gone.
