The place has a serious roach infestation, some questionable tenents, though most are decent people, and mediocre management.

The Monticello building is infested with roaches. I have heard that it's not every floor, but I have no proof. If you have roaches on the 15th floor, it's an indication that nasty people live in the building. With regard to roaches, the management's attitude is lackidaisical, at best. They hire exterminators to spray poison, but never address the root of the problem--apartments with roach colonies living in the wall that travel back and forth between apartments everytime an exterminator comes.

There was a pervert tenent with a spitting problem that defaced everyone's door on the floor with "luggies". Management sighed everytime they were asked to clean off the door.

The price is decent, but there is a price for it.
