I am very upset that the rent keeps going up and nothing is ever fixed. Our rent has went from $1325.00 a month to $1600.00 a month. It is sad. I have been looking around and I can get another place with a washer and dryer in the unit for this price.I can understand why alot of people move out after the first year.I think that they raise the rent on other people to make up for the empty apartments. They need to try to replace the windows.I will be moving this spring. These places are not and I mean are not worth $1600.00 a month.I have also notice in the summer the lifegaurds have no control over the kids at the pool they need to get someone who does not have a problem with kicking the kids out who do not listen.I feel its sad that you can not enjoy the pool because of they way the kids acted.I have 3 kids of my own and if I ever found out they are like that to the lifegaurds they would not go to the pool without me with them. That is sad they way theses kids treat them and the parents need to be contacted on this matter. This used to be a really nice place to live but it has really gone down hill.Front desk staff and Management no longer friendly. When we first moved in management and front desk staff very, very friendly. You would think with alot of people writning on theses matters they would try to change this little by little.

I've been here for 4 months and need to get out. I was told and the contract appears to read that I can break the lease with at least 30 day notice but must pay and additional months rent. Is this true?
