I feel like i live in a mental institution or prison. Everytime i have guests visiting me, the front desk people always give me a hard time about not having overnight passes anymore. I have people come visit me from outside the state!!!
The new black lady who works on weekends is horrible!! She is rude, loud and so unprofessional! The parking sucks, the roaches never disapear, bed mice, and dust settles back in after a few minutes!!! My rent went up and i can't wait to get outta here. The cleaning people paint over roaches and dirt and you can see it on the walls. This place truly sucks!

southern towers is pretty disgusting - get out as soon as you can! i had nothing but problems when i lived there. there was a massive leak in my apt from the AC and it warped the wooden floors and there was mold everywhere. the management came up and tried to place some blame on me and i had to PULL TEETH to get them to fix it properly! i threatened to sue and then the witch manager was ever so nice to me. southern towers needs to be condemned.

I couldnt agree more. We are leaving soon. Managment does push blame on you even if there were existing problems noted before you moved in. They are just awful. We had them come spray for roaches and instead of finding a solution for the problem, they pointed the blame on us. Everything about this place sucks. It does need to be condemned.

You too! That witch of a manager is the nastiest manager onthe complex. She has a sister int he Sherwood Building - always blaming the tenant fault for having roaches and mices. I don't know where they get these managers. The Berkeley and the Ashlawn Building has the managers.

I've lived at Southern Towers for about one year, and for the money, think I have a good deal. I only wish I could have seen the apartment before moving in. Don't like the view especially. I have seen a couple of roaches in my apartment, but they treat weekly and upon request by the tenant, and I try to keep my place clean, for a guy. I have seen bugs in the halls too, and this means that someone isn't doing their job. Whether it's the people who live here or the building maintenance, or both. I have talked to the manager several times and she seems to try to be helpful, but it doesn't always get results. I know that I live in a big apartment building with lots of people, and I have to accept some things that can't be fixed. Guess if I feel that it's more than I can deal with, I should make the move to differnt living conditions. After all, I'm not living at home anymore, and don't expect someone to fix it all the time. From one guy to all you complainers, "Grow up, and Suck it up". The management does the best they can, with what they have to work with.
