Bad management !!!!!!!!!!!

I have been residing in Southern Towers,Stratford bldg for quiet a while.The management is very weak.It takes them quiet a while to repair and very rude mannerless manager.Her name is Theresa.Alot of people complain about her everyday.Instead of helping tenants,she gives everyone hard time.It is getting worse and worse after that lady became a manager.Me and alot of people I know who reside here have had our bad experiences with her.I can not believe they let her ran this big apartment complex.And the roaches are everywhere.
