So i've only been living here in the sherwood bldg for about 9 months so i may not be the best qualified to write a review. However with any luck i won't be living here for another year so i may as well write this now.
The rent is cheap and all utilities are included. Parking is adequate for residents with cars but if you have a motorcycle beware. Motorcycle parking is horrible and According to security they have had an issue with bikes being stolen recently. Guest parking can be troublesome and most times is not available. The washers and dryers in the building work on a card system which is pretty convenient you never have to worry about scrounging for quarters. I haven't had an issue with roaches in my apt. I have seen maybe three in the time i've been here so thats not a big deal. However recently i have started to notice mice in my apt which is rather disturbing. The exercise rooms are pretty much a joke but they do have treadmills.

I won't live here for longer than i have too. but if you do decide to live here get a cat.

In the Berkely building, the machine that adds value to our laundry cards does not accept credit payments. For a while it was only accepting $10 bills, which was very inconvenient. I have a plague of roaches despite my obsessive cleanliness, cat, and anti-roach measures. It's disgusting. I don't have a bike, but motorcycle parking does look pretty bad at my building. All of the bikes at the Berkely are stuffed into two standard parking spaces. Forget about guest parking; It's not worth the trouble.
