This is a pretty good bet, if you can snag a move-in special. Otherwise, it's a little pricey. It's very close to a Giant, a CVS, a Subway, a video store, a Thai food rest., as well as 395, so the location is really good as well. The amenities are decent (FP, W/D, patio) in the 2-bds. but the apts. could be a little bigger. The parking is also better than most other places, which is a major plus. There are secured doors for each bldg., which is also good. Maintenance has been prompt when we needed it. The streets and lots are well-lit, and the shrubs are trimmed nicely, however my car has been broken into since we've been there. When I mentioned it, the mgmt was a little less than concerned, to say the least. In contrast, the asst. mgr. who signed us in was very helpful and remembered our names. Residents are generally quiet and friendly, but more sound-proofing between floors and in the common hallways would be good as you can hear muffled footsteps from above, as well as chatter and doors opening and closing from the common area hallway. Also, the trash areas are somewhat distant, depending on where your unit is located, although you can throw out just about anything there.
