Nosediving into disaster!!! CAUTION!

It is/was a great place to live and I have lived here for 3 years. About 2.5 years ago the place got bought out by another company and from that time on the management begun to slack. Initially, the front desk individuals who have been there for years (aka Gwen) decided to leave since they did not see eye to eye with the new owners. Then things go worse...however it did not get that bad until this year!
The rent skyrocketed about 12% PLUS other HIDDEN FEES THAT YOU HAVE TO INQUIRE ABOUT. They state this is your rent XXXX w/o trash pickup and OTHER FEES, to see what OTHER FEES are please check the main office.
There is a shuttle bus and gym...gym is abysmal and shuttle is almost always late or non-working...but that's not all. There is a shuttle bus fee of $150 per year per card...so if you loose the shuttle bus card, they will charge you $150.0 no matter if you lived there for 1 day or 3 years and no matter if they know you or not...no exceptions.
The place has bugs, they come and spray but it only offsets them for few weeks and they come back with a storm.
Also, previously you were allowed to do BBQ on your porch, currently that is against the tenant agreement (it will go into effect in the next few days)...but when you sign the lease or renew the lease they state OH YEAH BBQ ARE FINE, so just like a military recruiter DO NOT LISTEN TO WHAT THEY SAY NOR BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!
Parking lot is lacking, when there is an event at the Mark Center the event goes will take up all the parking and there will be no parking for tenants. If you call the mark center or the management to do something bout it, they will hang up the phone. If you confront them about it on the next day, they will just say "The event attendees have a right to park on the whole Stone Ridge parking lot facility until 10 pm"....what''' Excuse me'' Are they paying for my lease' Are they paying for my parking space' So where am I supposed to park between 4 pm and 10 pm''''
Also the parking is not enforced, there are many cars parked at the lot that do not have the sticker and they don't care about it.
