I have lived here for five years and can't wait to get out.
The neighborhood has alot of crime and is very unsafe. The building has new management that doesn't care about their tenants. Maintenance is pretty good but every other week they are doing some type of work in the building that is an inconvenience.
Parking is a total nightmare ! Visitors usually get the front end parking leaving tenants with more than one car with no parking because 95% of the time there is no parking on Reynold's St. Parking on Reynold's St. is a risk because many cars are stolen or broken into.
Honestly, this is a nightmare and I can't wait for my lease to expire.
WARNING ! If you're a woman walking or parking on the street (Reynold's St.)always be alert, I have been carjacked once and almost had my purse stolen from me while I was walking to the building !! There are young gang type kids hiding in the bushes watching people when they park on the street.
If the management had a towing policy on non-residents parking in front of the building we wouldn't have to risk parking on the street. These are major problems and I suggest to anyone go somewhere else.

Please, let us be realistic for a moment. Where exactly do you think you live? If your answer is anything other than a major metro area, you are wrong. I have lived here for over one year, and never once been or felt threatened. Do us all a favor and move out into suburbia. You are simply ill equiped to deal with life in a major metro area.
