The management is extremely nice to you while you are looking to become a tenant but once you sign on the dotted line, beware, you are just another cog in the wheel. I have only lived here a short time but I do not feel welcome unless you are a potential tenant.
The parking situation is horrible, you are given one parking spot but if you have an extra car or a visitor all the extra spaces which are not utilized stay empty, for the supposed waiting list which has not been updated or posted since I have been a tenant.
The building maintenance and staff is excellent. This is a perfect place if you have only 1 car do not have any visitors and stay to yourself.
