If you want a small apartment, very little light, no utilities included, thin walls, and no parking at all... Don't Live Here!
Huge Rooms, massive windows, sound proof, and one guranteed parking spot with rent... Not to mention all utilities included! Need more parking' Easy, rent another space! As far as the parking on the front of the street... HELLO, this is the Washington DC Metro area!
Building is clean, maintenance is responsive, and managment is in control!
I can't imagine being in one of the newer buildings! Too small, too expensive, too loud, and too snooty!
