Old management was not the greatest but predictable and as professional some what compared to the new management. New mgmt was rude and elevator construction prohibited timely elevator use for those on upper floors. New mgmt had no idea how to professionally deal with tenant issues.

Old management was okay although Kelly was a procrastinator. The new management...Mary is very rude and obviously has no experience dealing with the public. Issac is very professional and courteous to everyone in the building. As far as I can tell, he is probably the only one that gets any work done on a daily basis
