The first thing is the parking, which is not safe they have cameras but they don't work. They also leave the garage door open sometimes all day and night. My brand new motorcycle was stolen from the garage. The managements attitude was very poor on the situation. The property manager said "thing get stolen everywhere" which to me is unacceptable when we have cameras in place but don't work and one the sell points for management is security. Also you only get one garage space which leaves you to fight for the spaces out front. If you get off after 6pm then your left to park on the street. I have lived here for three years and this place is under constant construction. During the balcony construction the contractors spilled paint all over my car and other cars. Once again poor attitude by management. They keep a revolving door of manager so you never get a straight answer. The place looks good on the outside, but if you move here you will see what I'm talking about. Just a warning.

Right. There have been 50000 incidents of vandalism on this short street in six months according to police website and these people won't fix the doors so people cant get in and steal, and they do not care at all. If you ask the manager to put paper in the computer printer, they say 'get it yourself'. Things disappear from apartments. There is ALWAYS some noisy work going on on the building. The appliances break once or twice a month. The management NEVER tells yoiu the truth and overcharges massively. My girlfriend is trying to move after 2 months. I hae to walk he rinto the building after work because she is so scared of this place.
