We have lived at Sussex Commons for exactly one year and have loved every minute of it.
I live on the 3rd Floor, one bedroom w/loft and two full bathrooms. Being on the 3rd Floor, I rarely hear any noises from my neighbors. Every one I live near is friendly, quite and respectable. We have had some small maintenance problems (you will have those where ever you live) and in my experiences all have been fixed in a timely and professional manner. Parking can be a little tricky if you work late but there are carports available for an extra $50. The office staff as been overall very helpful with all our needs. They are pleasent and at times very busy but still work hard to keep everyone happy.
Archstone Sussex Commons is a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone.
