Lots of loud children and skyrocketing rent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   More and more loud, obnoxious children moving in along with their loud, screaming parents. They play ball in the parking lots, damage property, and generally ruin the atmosphere. Parents simply lean over balconies or out doors and scream at their kids. My neighbors with whom I share a wall or floor are nice and quiet -- I hardly hear a peep. But, people outside their apartments pay no attention to how their voices carry, especially in breezeways and common areas where several buildings back up to each other. Rents are going up several hundred dollars a month this time around. The office staff are polite, even if forgetful. Most of the maintenance people are incompetent. Parking a problem if you get in after 9:30 or 10:00 p.m.
