STAY AWAY! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Once you move in, you're on your own. Management (which frequently changes) does not care to hear your concerns, which include bratty children running around damaging cars, etc., bursting pipes, noisy neighbors (late night parties or sex sessions, stereo that could wake the dead), a noisy, scratching rodent or bird stuck in the wall, water stain on ceiling from unknown origin, & incompetent maintenance folks who barely speak any English. The buildings are falling apart. We;ve had several stair wells declared hazardous and unstable, wood accents are rotting, birds nest in the gutters, and small bushes are actually growing in some of the gutters.
