CRAP---DONT MOVE HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 2 responses   This place is a DUMP! Its true what they say about the windows...they're paper thin and leak water and cold air badly. Your gas bill is out of sight! Management staff is INCOMPETENT even worse since this new management Riverstone Residential took over! You get a different answer each time you speak with a different person in the management office. The office is NEVER open anymore. LOUD, noisy, inconsiderate neighbors as well as nasty spanish people all cramming into one apartment. If you move here keep Fairfax Police Phone # and health DEPT. phone number handy! You'll need them.
