Don't Live Here From: cmickjr@gmail.com Date posted: 3/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   My gas bill was $240 last month, and that was while running electric space heaters. There is no insulation in these apartments. If you do decide to rent here make sure you check out the neighbors. We have meth addicts living above us. When I inquired about our neighbors upstairs I was told that the apartment was rented by a "church group". There are 4 people living upstairs at any given time. The property manager is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. With lines like "my brain is not a computer call the 1-800 number" I am suprised the reviews are not more negative. Our lease is finally up, and have found a great house for much less without the pest and crackhead problem : )
