My wife and I really only have two complaints.
One is the contractors (not to be confused with the facility maintance crew), I don't feel comfortable at all leaving my wife alone when they are at work. She can't even take the dog for a walk without getting gawked at. Even when I am with her they still stare. It's not only my wife, its every female in the complex, including the very young. We hadn't heard anything about the peeping-tom incidents, but either way that is disturbing, and with the contractors that work here, I'd believe it.
Our second complaint is the walls, their is no sound proofing at all. We can hear are neighbors at all hours, even though they are not doing anything out of the ordinary. We don't even have people over becuase we are afraid we will be too loud for our neighbors.
However their are some things about the complex that are not all that bad, after all it is still apartment life. I mentioned the facilaty maintance crew earlier, they are very courteous and always wave. I also have not had any problems with the office staff, they seem fine.
Overall I'd say look around, it's not all that bad, and as soon as they get rid of the dirty contractors I'll be happy.
