It's ok if you can't find some place else From: Ashder Date posted: 2/12/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   This place isn't the worst that you could do although, I definitely recommend looking at other places first. Parking: Haven't had any problem with parking although this might depend on what little "grouping" you live in. Noise: Between the apartments isn't bad, no louder than any other place I've ever lived. The problem seems to be the exterior walls - it's to the point where we can even hear someone just walking, especially if they are wearing heels. Grounds: The grounds are pretty nice and well maintained. Safety: Never had any problems. Construction: This is our main problem with the apartment and the reason we are moving out. It's a decent sized apartment but so much of the space is wasted because of the layout. The insulation is poor, especially in our bedrooms which are always freezing even with the temperature set at 80. In addition, during the past two years that we've lived here we've had; 2 burners on the stove stop working, a pipe burst, water damage through the walls (same place each time around the window) 3 times during rain storms, a toilet leak, a vent cover replaced twice because it rusted and now the third one has started and last but not least, mold growing where the ceiling and top of the wall meet in our living room. I like the maintenance guys, they're very nice but we don't want to have to see them as often as we have! Maintenance: These guys are very friendly and respond very quickly. Staff: The staff is ok Overall: I wouldn't recommend this place unless its your only option. The location is great but the quality of the apartments leave a lot to be desired. Still, it isn't the worst place ever either.
