A good place with a few minor issues! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008   My husband and I have lived here for four years now. There are some minor issues to complain about such as thin outside walls. The overall quality of service has been good for my husband and I. We did have a water-heater incident, luckily my husband was home when it happened which made it so there was not a lot of personal damage for us or our downstairs neighbor. We have had some issues with other residents, but when we brought that to the attention of the staff actions were taken. All of our appliances have worked well and we get along well with our neighbors.
