DON'T LIVE HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I recently moved out of these apartments after living there for 3 years. Once Riverstone took over it became unbearable. The office staff gives attitude anytime you ask something. It is as though you are imposing when you are asking them to do their job. The move out paperwork is incomprehensible and you are treated as though you should understand their nonsensical paperwork. The apartments are ok, but noisy. The floors and walls are very thin. Maintenance takes forever - at least a week just due to the request process. It took over 6 months for the gym equipment to be fixed. It is not worth the money or the aggravation.
