I have been stuck in a lease and the maintenace-management company called Cape Sunset Realty also known as Cape Realty here in Cape Coral, FLorida never fixes a thing. We are pretty handy but we have children that have allergies and we have rats, living in the attic, an ac blower and attic full of mold from a leak that they have never fixed, and I have yet to use my master bath/shower, it leaks allover
my bedroom. We have asked, begged and to know avail. THey are rip off artists and slumlords. We paid $1400 ON TIME EVERY MONTH, STILL NO HELP. MY CHILDREN KEPT GETTING SICKNESSES IN THEIR LUNGS, THE SMELL OF A DEAD RAT CAUGHT IN A CAGE WOULD GO THRU OUT THE HOUSE UNTIL WE REMOVED IT, THEY KEPT HAVING BABIES, BUT INSTEAD OF CALLING A SPECIALIST, THEY JUST SET TRAPS. I HAVE HAD TO STEAM CLEAN MY CARPETS IN THE BEDROOM AFTER THE FIRST SHOWER,IT SOAKED MY WHOLE BEDROOM AND CLOSET. AND MUST HAVE BEEN DOING SO FOR A LONG TIME, WHEN WE PULLED BACK THE CARPET, THEIR WAS MOLD ON THE TACKING. vERY GROSS. THEYMAKE THE HOUSE LOOK GOOD ON THE SURFACE BUT NEVER FIX ANYTHING. bACK IN FEB, WE WENT TWO WEEKS WITH NO REFRIGERTOR. WE NOW TOLD THEM WE ARE MOVING AND THEY ARE FURIOUS BUT STILL WON'T FIX ANYTHING. tHEY JUST PUT A FOR RENT SIGN OUT FRONT, WHICH MEANS THEY PLAN ON RIPPING OFF THE NEXT TENANTS AS WELL. bE CAREFUL PEOPLE. dO NOT RENT FROM CAPE SUNSET REALTY OR CAPE REALTY.
MONEY HUNGRY, SLUMLORDS. I AM PUTTING MY NAME DOWN BECAUSE WE HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG, JUST PUT UP WITH IT TOO LONG, HAD I NOT BEEN TERMINALLY ILL, I WOULD HAVE TAKEN THEM TO COURT. JUST GLAD TO BE GETTING OUT OF HERE.

You've posted this review and complaint against the wrong apartment and management company. This is Sussex at Kingstowne in Alexandria, VA. Not Cape Sunset Realty.
