Okay, the previous postings are FAKE AND DONE BY MANAGEMENT. I live here, and I don't work here like everyone who works in the office. This is the real deal. The people who work in the office are not that great. In fact, I think they are kind of on the not too bright side of common sense. Secondly, the garage door has been broken for two weeks and everytime I ask someone in the office when it will be fixed, I can't get an answer. Third, when I moved in I was supposed to get a shuttle pass but, one of the "wonderful" persons who work in the office "forgot" to give it to me, so when I tried to use the shuttle I was told that I could not, and had to take the bus to the metro. I pay too much money to live here to have to put up with dim witted people who "manage" the building and a broken garage door. When my lease is up I will not renew if things don't change. Oh, and parking here SUCKS.

I live here, and although I personally may not like particular personalities of the employees that work here, so far all I have seen of the people in the leasing office is a willingness to go the second mile for people. Sometimes mistakes are made and on some occassions, situations are beyond an individuals control. Regarding the parking... Where are you parking???? You have FOUR parking levels to choose from, three of which are usually only half-full.

I really find this funny, as I have lived here since October, 2007 and find this place great. Every one of the staff members go out of the way to make sure you have everythig you need or want. For parking you have four floors to park, so I do not see what the problem is there. Maybe you should try living in Europe and see how parking is there and cost.
