i'm concerned about the shuttle service and any advice from current residents who use the service may be helpful. i was told that the shuttle service is only available on the weekdays' mornings and evenings, 30mins each.
1) any plan to extend the service to later 6-10am and 4-8pm'
2) is it too crowded' as it's shared with anohter building...
3) only one stop in pentagon station'

I use the shuttle service every day. It stops every half hour or so from the alexander and takes you to the pentagon city metro. It does get shared with halstead tower, but it's never really crowded. I would say that probably 10 people use it at the most. I don't know if they are thinking about extending the hours, but that would be a great idea. And yeah, it stops only at the pentagon. There is a bus stop out front though if you wanted to go anywhere else?
