I went to the front desk the other night because I was concerned because my neighbor's door was open and I knew they we out of town.

The guy at the desk with a badge told me "They pay me to sit here, i'm not allowed to leave."

very comforting to know we are paying a guy with a badge to sit and play solitare on the computer.

As a woman I used to feel safe walking my dog at night, not now.

PEOPLE PAY ATTENTION THESE PEOPLE DID NOT GET SICK FROM HERE. THEY WORKED AT THE IRS AT THE MARYLAND SITE.THE ONE WAS NAMED BEVERLY JORDAN SHE LIVED IN C-1609 SHE WAS SICK BECAUSE SHE HAD DIABITES AND HER TOES TURNED BLACK. THEY WERE AMPUTATED ON 7/22/06 AT FAIRFAX HOSPITAL. SHE HAD KAISER INS SO FIGURE FROM THERE- YOU CAN READ ANY PERSON'S DEATH CERTIFICATE THEY ARE PUBLIC RECORD.THERE WAS A MAN WHO WAS DEAD ON 8/03/06-IDON'T KNOW THE ELDERLY WOMAN THE MAN'S NAME WAS PEYTON OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. ANY ONE KNOW? THEY WERE ALL ON THE C SIDE. WHICH DOES NOT SURPRISE ME SINCE THE EXHAUST FANS IN THE GARAGE NEVER WORK AND EXHAUST COMES UP IN YOUR UNIT. HOWEEVER I DO AGREE THERE IS A PROBLEM AND WAS TOLD TO CALL THE FIRE MARSHALL. SO INSTEAD OF POSTING ALL THESE NOTES CALL THE FIRE MARSHALL THE FIRST FLOOR IS WET AGAIN. SHIRLEY PAUL WAS SUPPOSE TO BE LEAVING NOW STAYING-WE NEED HER OUT OF HERE SHE'S A B..... THE A/C HAS BEEN DOWN 5 WEEK-ENDS. YVETTE IS VERY DUMB AND ONCE SAID AT THE FRONT DESK I DON'T NEED THI S... THE ONLY WAY OUT IS TO CALL A LAWYER. CODE ENFORCEMENT/FIRE MARSHALL AND COMPLAIN. I JUST GAVE MY NOTICE I'M OUT OF HERE WITH MY HUSBAND AND 2 KIDS WHO ARE ALWAYS SICK AT LEAST I HAVE IT FROM THE DR. thanks for updating me. i can only hope the residents take charge and do something-make calls to above people. your right that business center stinks- i was a potential renter on saturday and left after reading these. my sister lives here. you guys are so right the garage lighting was redone in2003 and still dark.

why would you want to know who is Dark_Center_Renter? Maybe you should talk to her to see if you are right. If you saw a woman in the business center and think she is Dark Center you are most certainly wrong. I have never used the business center and don't ever plan on using it. My equipment is far superior to anything they could possibly have down there! LOL

I don't care who dark_center_renter is. Never said I did, so how did I end up in this equation. This is for Amout or for anyone else for that matter. I don't care who is who. I just read the info that is written and post what I think... that's it!!!

The problems are becoming compounded at Park Center. We are moving -- my wife is sick from the mold/mildew problem in the carpet. The carpet stays damp from water leaks.

Thank you too. I will not be moving into Park Center after much conversation with neighbors about Gates, Hudson, and Associates and the written reviews on the internet.
