I am not sure whay anyone would say that these apartments are TERRIBLE. It makes one wonder where they have previously lived. I can tell you that I have never lived in anything quite this disgusting. The buildings are old with mold everywhere, mice, bad heating, bad air, old carpeting and the building just looks bad. They need to shut down for a couple of years and redo the whole complex. I have nothing nice to say about the place except that the shuttle driver Larry will keep a smile on your face and that I am so glad I got our to there. I was there for 8 months and threaten to sue and since I am an attorney and they were aware of the firm I workd for the let me out of my lease.

We all agree with you and plan to Legally exit Park Center Apartments as soon as possible. We do no see any monthly improvements and the utility bills are out of control - poor planning. We have had ENOUGH. It is too expensive to live here due to poor planning and antiquated thinking. The average monthly rental (not upgraded) about $1675 (two-bedroom, monthly utilites $180-$255.00 and 2nd car monthly parking fee ($75.00)). The building will truly be empty during the months of May, June, July, and August. We plan to exit about the same time. Just had enough of the poor planning, non-professional behavior, and poor services. Ready to Move.

to Salsa99...we must join the Tenants Association and have "strength in numbers"...we are not getting repairs, renovations, service and for the $$$ we pay, we should have top of the line. Do you get the feeling that maybe the new owners (whoever they are) just want us all to move out so they can possibly tear down the place and start all over? it is obvious that are not interested in bringing it up to liveable levels.....

Redshoes1966, we moved in about a month ago from Texas. Is anyone out there happy with Park Center, the owner, and the management. But again, there are many problems at Park Center and the Front Desk is highly visible. You will get little to no Customer Care at the Leasing Office and Front Desk. How do we replace the staff with a professional staff willing to work for the betterment of all of us.

And customer service still needs some fine tuning to say the least. I've sent e mails to the management office that have went un-returned and not answered 11 months ago. Sent an e mail to the home office 3 months ago when basil spoke rudely to my wife, no response to that either. The new windows are nice though. They did not replace the Sliding Glass door though which was and still is the biggest offender. The men working in our unit that day played around with some of our belongings. I'm glad they didn't break my refracting telescope trying to look into other apartments with it through the wrong end, or mess my lap top trying to get online. Refracting is for space viewing only guys everything views upside and backwards through it anyway even if you could have figured out how to use it. My firewall was on lock down even if you could have figured out my password or tried to log on as admin.
