Just spoke with the Property Company that took over in December Cheryl and she was very professional and helpful. I hope everything else will go well from here on out. She was very helpful and I think we will probably move in there.

I cannot deny that as I do not live there and knowledge of that but it was very nice speaking with them and they were very professional. In addition , they were very helpful regarding the local area and offered advice on commutes and the local scene. Thanks for the input though.

The woman that is the property manager is new as of December. The company that (barely) manages the place is the same since Fall/Winter of 2006

sallynrodd, have you read all the past reviews and still choose to move there? we're also interested in moving there with new owners and management. but did you research all the other properties Realty has and view their opinions? It seems that even managers may be professional, owners pay their salaries. It is a huge complex for so few to run. Please let me know if you move there and what you think.

Trust me you don't want to live here!! All the management does is --------. I have spoken to the new management they are just like the old lie after lie after lie.. My best advice is LIKE mice move here!!!!!!
